We will arrange an appointment for you with our highly trained professional staff at a time that suits you to bring your vehicle in for an assessment.
At this stage we will assess your vehicle and determine what method of repair we will use on your vehicle. This process takes around 10 minutes. We will let you know at the time on assessment approximately how long the repair will take. We will book your vehicle in for repair while you are there so you leave knowing what date your car repair will begin. Should your vehicle be damaged to the point of no repair, a Total Loss, we will advise you and arrange for your vehicle to be picked up from our work shop by your insurer.
